PURCHASE
Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/quantities before checking out. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed
Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment
Please ensure the accurate and complete address is stated, including your name and mobile number.Orders with incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned

DELIVERY & LOCAL SELF COLLECTION
Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days upon payment verification
Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays
All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel
Shipping charges and insurance (including compensation for damages & loss) are borne by the buyer
Postage will be calculated based on the quantity of items
All shipping charges and insurance will be calculated automatically when you check out based on quantity of items & your shipping location/country
Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied

BOUNCED PARCELS
Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
We reserve the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after30 days grace period will be forfeited.
